Listening to the new single Reborn I imagined myself walking the streets of New York in the 50s, for a moment the reality around me literally transformed and I was catapulted into a parallel universe.

Israeli singer-songwriter Pini Gurfil composes soft-rock and jazz-swing music. He writes both in English and in Hebrew. He had previously published two award-winning Hebrew poetry books. His music is melodic and melancholic, usually containing strong emphasis on instrumental solos. The powerful lyrics encompass portrayals of solitude, relationships and struggle, usually with subtle and ironical subtexts. Pini draws some of his inspirations from his occupation as a space engineering professor. His musical style combines influences from classical music, jazz, and progressive rock.
