Scary Haha is Ciao!’s Album | Indie Music

The psychedelic and avant-garde style proposed by this artist immediately intrigued me.

A really interesting compositional method. Ciao! is an artist who has decided to follow his instinct and not the commercial rules of the music business to produce these songs.

Scary Haha is pure instinct, this artist’s ability to throw his emotions into music is truly fascinating. The choice of sounds is well thought out and the attention to every little detail is obsessive.

This album is coherent and all the tracks are solid. An artist who has decided to follow a musical path never walked before. His music seems to come from the future as it is visionary and innovative.

A nice discovery that I recommend to everyone, this music will make you travel with your mind.

Futuristic and Free!

Scary Haha is Ciao!’s Album | Indie Music

Written in hospital beds and the homes of friends, recorded late at night in a Chinatown office suite, and produced by the artist with mixing and mastering assistance from Greenpoint’s Moon Studios, Scary Haha melds elements of classical, jazz, indie rock, and world music with electronic landscapes and beats, while the lyrics tell the story of the artist’s battles with cancer, debilitating treatments, recovery, relapse, and uncertainty.

Far more than a meditation on mortality, Scary Haha provides an honest account of the dreams, hopes, and fears of one person among many who have been struck down by illness.
