our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Screentalk. I discovered this Band while shuffling songs on Spotify and liked their compositional style.
The music proposed by this band is very interesting.
Surely these guys are inspired by bands of the past but they managed to mix together different ingredients and make them coexist perfectly.
You can feel that Screentalk spent a lot of time in the rehearsal room and sweated on their instruments to achieve such an enviable musical understanding.
A very close-knit band that produces quality music where attention to every minimum detail is maniacal and where the chord progression is never predictable and banal.
The singer’s voice is very interesting, a crystalline, sharp, and fragile-like glass vocal timbre that manages to distinguish the general sound of Screentalk.
A band to keep under the radar as they produce fascinating songs!
