The compositional approach of this artist is very interesting. A musical vision that brings with it influences from the past but that manages to be modern at the same time.
It is as if this music had within itself the rhythms of the Clash, the catchiness of the Ramones, and typically Mediterranean melodic intuitions.
A truly intriguing sound bled that makes this musical product stand out from the crowd. Paolo Miano has a lot of compositional experience behind him. It is evident that the artistic vision is solid and mature.
Honestly, I have found no flaws with this music. I really liked all the influences and above all the fact that this music is difficult to label.
Paolo Miano has created a sound that lives in its own limbo and I’m really pleased when the artists are so innovative.

Senz’amuri is Paolo Miano’s New Single | Edgar Allan Poets
Paolo Miano is a singer-songwriter from Catania with a past in the local rock scene of the 80s and 90s, traces of which can be found in some compilations of the time, the most important of which Lapilli, a true manifesto of the alternative Etnean scene of the time, produced by Don Zientara, Fugazi’s sound engineer.
From 1998 to 2010, he abandons the world of music to dedicate himself exclusively to his work as a chemist in the pharmaceutical industry but the appeal of art is too strong so he leaves a safe job to return to devote himself to music full time.
In 2013 he released his first album Kokorozashi, a record influenced by the electro-acoustic pop of the time, with different musical influences united by a common thread oriented towards joy, vivacity, and freshness. In 2015 the album was also released in a Spanish edition for the Basque label Produlam Records, which Paolo promotes with a tour in the FNAC stores of the most important Iberian cities.
Later on, together with the multi-instrumentalist and programmer Mario Ferrarese, he engages in the much darker Chrome Sky project, an electro-metal duo with which he released two albums, Artificial in 2017 for Dcave Records and Binary in 2021 for Ghost Label Records.
Work is underway on a new solo album that, aligning with the black component of his multifaceted musical soul, will represent yet another genre change. The first taste of it is the Sicilian electro-funk single Senz’amuri, which was released on February 26, 2022.
