Severed Ties is Single By Sunday’s Single

The sound of this band is pure energy.

I suggest you listen to the new single Severed Ties in the morning, while you are waking up, to get the right energy to start the day.

The production is excellent and the dynamic and rhythmic progression flows flawlessly.

You can feel that Single By Sunday spent a lot of time in the rehearsal room, sweating over their instruments, to achieve such enviable musical chemistry.

A band with a solid vision and a determination that will allow them to go a long way.

Their sound is inspired by the bands of the early 2000s but also has modern nuances that make it very intriguing.

Go and listen to the music of Single By Sunday. These guys make songs that are real, direct, and sincere.

Formed in 2015, ‘Single By Sunday’ cite the likes of Blink 182, The 1975 and My Chemical Romance as influences. Known for their trademarked coloured hair, ‘Single By Sunday’ combine their energetic live shows with raucous guitars and a millennial brashness, whilst retaining some of the original mid-eighties Pop Punk attitudes.

Core band members, Josh Ladds – lead vocals and Jonny Eakins – lead guitar/backing vocals, are also joined by Joshua Clark – bass and Ben Morland – drums. They are great believers in not being ‘genre specific’. “What’s the point in having different musical influences and not experimenting with them?” – Jonny Eakins.
