It is evident that this band is influenced by the past, as soon as I hit play, I was instantly transported back to the 1980s.
A rock, hard rock with prog nuances, very refined and cared for in every minimum nuance.
The vocal timbre of the singer is perfect for the genre, a voice that manages to reach very high notes with enviable confidence. The riffs and guitar solos are also very beautiful performed in an impeccable way by a guitarist who demonstrates all his technical qualities.
The harmonic progression is well thought out and the song manages to entertain the listener from the first to the last second.
Although this is the first single from Stone Portal, that introduces the album to be released in October, this band proves to have a great compositional experience behind them.
A nice discovery that I recommend everyone to go and listen to.

Stone Portal is a coming together from across the UK of songwriter Ken MacLean, producer and guitar virtuoso Ryan Jones and singer Ged Cartwright. Stealing Airwaves is the first single release in the hotly anticipated debut album, also going by the same name.
