Edgar Allan Poets – Noir Rock Band | Sundays In The South is The Thing With Feathers' New Ep
Sundays In The South is The Thing With Feathers’ New Ep

Good Day Noir Family,
I already reviewed The Thing With Feathers in the past but they are out now with new cool music and I want to share my opinion about it.

This band produces refined and sincere music.

Whenever I listen to their tunes I am always struck by the excellent production and refinement of the melodic lines and the chord progression of their songs.

In this Ep I found no flaws, again I realized that I was facing great musicians who have developed a fantastic musical cohesion.

Even in the video of their new single, which gives the title to the Ep, Sundays in the South, is evident this union between them.

An intimate video of 4 guys who are first of all friends that have decided to share a musical project together and who found themselves on the same wavelength and deeply understood each other artistically speaking.

I think this is the secret behind The Thing With Feathers’ magical music. Their sound for some harmonic nuances in some passages reminded me of The National.

Sundays In The South is The Thing With Feathers’ Ep Out Now!

Refined and Deep!

The Thing With Feathers are out now with their exhilarating debut EP Sundays In The South. Masterfully produced by Owen Lewis (Old Sea Brigade, Snow Patrol), the career-defining release pushes the boundaries of pop-infused alternative rock to lengths not previously exhibited by their Nashville contemporaries.
