As soon as I pressed the play button, I immediately realized that I was dealing with highly experienced musicians.
David Palfreyman the major architect of this musical project proves to have great compositional skills.
A style that reminded me of 80s rock but to which modern nuances have been added that help to create a unique and intriguing sound blend.
I listened very carefully to this album and I was impressed by the quality of the production. These songs sound incredibly good.
An album that offers moments of pure energy interspersed with much more introspective and nostalgic songs. However, this work follows a coherent thread that unites all these tracks.
David Palfreyman’s vision manifests itself in every single tune.
Honestly, I have not found any flaws as the performance and interpretation are impeccable. An album to listen to several times and savor like a glass of aged whiskey…in small sips to be able to appreciate all the small nuances.
A great find that I recommend to everyone.

The Palfreyman Collective is a group of musicians and singers put together by songwriter David Palfreyman.
Musicians include Martin Barker (Shriekback/Marianne Faithful, Tim Robins), Matt Hector (Iggy Pop) on drums.
Ben Miles (Film & TV actor) and Dan Mckinna (Tindersticks) on Bass. David Clayton (Simply Red/David Bowie/George Michael) on keyboards Greg Hart (Cats in Space) Rodger Hanna (Decades) on guitars.
Vocalists include Paul Manzi (The Sweet/Arena), Jesse Smith (The Classic Rock Show/ Gutterdammerung), Damien Edwards (Cats In Space), Californian gut wrenching singer Allegra Shock and Sarah Jane Morris (The Communards).
