The Photograph is Bromsen’s Single

Good Day Noir Family,

The Photograph is Bromsen’s Single

The sound of this duo is intriguing and hypnotic.

A compositional style that is inspired by the 80s but which at the same time manages to be modern.

In this style, I also heard vibes of gothic rock … that of Rozz Williams and his Christian Death.

Obviously here the vibes are more hopeful but there is a twilight halo that makes the sound blend created by the Bromsen mysterious and intriguing.

Surely we are dealing with musicians with a highly developed artistic vision. The choice of sounds is impeccable and the harmonic construction of the song is flawless.

The Photograph is a tune that makes you want to dance. The collaboration with the pampelmuse, their old band makes the sound of this band stand out from the crowd. They sound unique for that touch of alternative rock.

A nice discovery that I recommend to everyone.

The Photograph is Bromsen’s Single

Berlin Indietronic Duo Bromsen are going back to their roots with their 2nd single “The Photograph”. It is a time travel back to Berlin in the early 2000er years when their previous band “the pampelmuse” was active. Actually the song is also co-written together with their old bandmate Manzari and it includes a bit from their pampelmuse sound. The video to the song also features Bromsen’s old band “the pampelmuse” and their fellows from that time.

The song is about the rock’n’roll dreams we had when we were young and which look like a faded photograph after some time, but sth. from that special perspective on live keeps sticking in your head and never fully goes away, so the negative is still there but nobody knows where it exactly is (and maybe we don’t even want to know, we just want to celebrate that feeling).
