E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like – Will Purdue

Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Will Purdue. I discovered this Artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked the vibes of his music.

Will Purdue’s music from the very first listen manages to reach the heart.

A nice mix of desert sounds capable of making you travel with your mind.

The acoustic guitars interspersed with electric guitars, that play very reverberated notes, have the ability to create space and make you feel immersed in the English plains.

Into that emerald green that fills your eyes and heals your soul.

Will’s voice comes like a caress with its warm and sure timbre and tells stories that you would never want to end.

The chord progression proceeds like turning the pages of a book that the more you read it, the more you get passionate about it.

This artist manages to keep you glued to the speakers from the first to the last second.

The production is very good, the choice of instruments is excellent and the mix leaves the right space for each sound element creating a perfect balance.

An Act of Kindness is Will Purdue’s Single Out Now!

Mature music accompanied by a beautiful voice!

The touching song project was designed to lift spirits on the darkest day of the year. After months of watching negative news, Will had two things, firstly a song that was a calming noise against the anxiety of 2020, and a sense that perhaps it could be put to a positive use.

The video features four minutes of uplifting moments, with messages that fans could send in to give thanks to loved ones who have been there for them in this most difficult year. The result is a coming together of many people to show the most important part of our lives, those we choose to spend it with. The link below will be live from Mon 18th Feb.

‘A storm in heaven, it’s been so long, let me set my eyes on your house. Make me cry, make me smile and make me feel I belong’.

About the song
Written and performed by Will Purdue, and produced by Grammy Award winning engineer Chris Wilkinson and Luke Brooking. Mastered at the world famous Metropolis studio by Mike Hiller.
